there is a rotate picture feature in the photos section
i.e. put profile picture up photos section,
rotate pcture,
save locally rotated picture
delete profile picture in photo's section
replace profile photo from downloaded rotated
unless it's an artistic statement of this world turned mostly upside down... ;-}
